Please let us know if you would need any adjustments made within 48 hours of receiving your carefully crafted piece for a smooth and efficient procedure. After these custom beauties are delivered to your esteemed doorstep, the returned item must arrive to our studio within 14 days.
When the item is returned, the diligent team at Kalpana Naik’s customer care will examine it carefully and make sure that every little detail is done as precisely as possible. A Credit Note will then be issued in accordance with our strict guidelines, reflecting our dedication to your pleasure.
Please be advised that, given the unique nature of our bespoke creations, each piece is meticulously crafted only upon receiving your esteemed order. In the rare instance of a return, a 50% deduction, representative of the bespoke production expense, shall be applied. The remaining balance will be issued as a Credit Note, a timeless token that can be seamlessly woven into future shopping endeavours.

Domestic Returns
Kindly get in touch with us at admin@kalpananaik.in or +91 6292318622, providing the details of the item that has to be returned along with the order number and the reason behind the return. To preserve the authenticity of the handcrafted pieces, carefully envelop your return inside with its original tags and packaging. Give your package to a trustworthy courier to ensure a safe return to our studio.
Please note that items that are on sale are not returnable.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns in the following situations:
- Damage inflicted post delivery
- Alterations made that vary from the details provided by you (custom-tailored pieces)
- Wear and tear due to usage.
International Returns
For our esteemed international patrons, kindly note that we do not facilitate merchandise exchanges or refunds. In the rare circumstance, if one of our meticulously created pieces, does not live up to your expectations—for whatever reason—do contact us as soon as possible at admin@kalpananaik.in . We’ll respond within 48 hours.
Please wait until you receive the credit note within four weeks of dispatching your package. By virtue of our commitment to efficiency, you will receive your refund as soon as possible. This timeline includes the time it takes for your return to travel to our studio (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process it once it arrives (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to carefully inspect it (5 to 10 business days).
